From our pastures just outside College Station, every cut is hand-selected, processed by master butchers in Navasota, and packaged in cold storage for customer pickup. No middlemen. No mass distribution. Just a small, passionate operation committed to raising exceptional beef for a select few in our own community.
We believe that exceptional beef comes from exceptional care. Our process ensures the highest quality from pasture to plate.
We start with the finest genetics, crossing premium Japanese Wagyu with American, ensuring our cattle have exceptional marbling.
Our cattle are primarily grain-fed, with a high concentration of corn for optimal marbling and flavor. When they graze, they roam freely on weed-free, lush Texas pastures — never confined, always cared for.
We maintain a calm, low-stress environment which is essential for developing quality Wagyu-Cross beef.
Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days and hand-cut by master butchers to ensure perfect portions.
